Is it cord-free?
The Tallune Cradle is USB-C rechargeable. Charge it fully before your first session.
How do I use it?
Lie on your back, rest the base of your skull in the dip so the raised arc sits under the curve of your neck, start on the lowest heat and vibration, and breathe for 15 minutes.
Can I fall asleep on it?
It's designed for 15 to 30 minute sessions and switches off by itself after 30 minutes. Pop it aside when you're ready to sleep, and don't sleep on the highest heat setting.
Who shouldn't use it?
Check with your doctor or physio first if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or implanted device, have had neck or spine surgery, have osteoporosis, a disc or bone condition, a recent injury, numbness or tingling, or reduced sensitivity to heat.
Is shipping free?

Yes, 12 months. If it stops working through normal use, send us a short video and we'll repair or replace it.
