1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Tallune website or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them. "Tallune", "we" and "us" means the operator of this store. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Products and descriptions
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours, sizes and finishes may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Our products are personal massage devices for relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Read the safety information before use and check with your doctor or physio if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or have an implanted device.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We can change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken when you place your order. If you pay with Afterpay or another provider, their terms also apply.

4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price or description was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we'll refund anything you paid for that order.

5. Cancelling an order
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled.

6. Shipping
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

7. Returns, refunds and warranty
Returns, refunds and our 12-month warranty are covered by our Refund Policy. We don't accept change-of-mind returns. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

8. Safe and proper use
Use our products only as described in the instructions. Our warranty doesn't cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modification, water damage or normal wear and tear.

9. Our liability
To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website. Where our liability can't be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to replacing or repairing the goods, or paying the cost of doing so.

10. Website content
All text, images, video and branding on this website belong to Tallune or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

11. Reviews and comments
If you submit a review, comment or photo, you confirm it is genuine and your own, and you allow us to display it on our website and social media.

12. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia.
