Change of mind
We don't accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, including if you choose the wrong option or no longer want the item. Please read the product details and FAQ carefully before ordering.

Faulty, damaged or not as described
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a short video or photo of the problem. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

12-month warranty
If your Tallune product stops working through normal use within 12 months of delivery, contact us with a short video of the problem and your order number and we will repair or replace it.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
